Shipping policy
Our daily cut-off time for orders is 8:30 a.m. Meaning after this time on a Monday for example we will consider it a "Tuesday" order and start processing it on Tuesday.
Our normal processing time for all regular orders (without custom printing or labels) is 5-7 business days (we are closed during the weekend, so plan to place your order accordingly if you have an urgent deadline).
So, potentially, if you order at 8:31am on Monday, we would print on Tuesday and maybe not ship until Thursday.
If you want to push your order to the front of the line, and get that same order shipped on Tuesday, ensure to select the Priority Dispatch option at checkout.
Priority Dispatch Conditions:
- Priority Dispatch needs to be selected at checkout. You cannot place your order and add a Priority Dispatch later.
- We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. So, Priority orders placed after 8:30 a.m on Friday will not be shipped out until the following Monday.
- This service may not apply to orders that require custom direct printing or labels.
- This service does not give you a faster delivery time, just faster processing time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Rates will be shown at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@wholesalemineralmakeup.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
