What if I don't make the products, I just label them?

As you are labelling the products as your own, you are deemed the manufacturer of the product.
If a claim does arise, you will be held accountable as the manufacturer of that product. Likewise if you are directly importing the product into Australia, under Australian law, if you are a direct importer, you are deemed the manufacturer.
